How do briefs, feedback and approvals work?

You can share your design brief, references, content, brand guidelines, and requirements through email or your agreed communication channel. Our team reviews the brief and begins work based on the information provided. We share the design for feedback, and you can provide consolidated feedback for revisions. Clear and complete feedback helps us maintain the agreed turnaround time.

Yes. Once the applicable invoice/payment is cleared, the final approved design belongs to you and can be used for your business, marketing, advertising, and other intended purposes. Editable source files such as AI, PSD, INDD, or other working files are provided where applicable to the selected plan or agreed scope. Third-party assets such as stock images, fonts, or licensed elements remain subject to their respective licenses.

No. Retainer capacity is reserved specifically for you during your monthly billing period. Any unused design capacity, requests, or deliverable allowance expires at the end of that billing cycle and does not accumulate or carry forward to the next month. This allows us to reserve dedicated production capacity for all active retainer clients.

Yes. You can request to pause, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your retainer subject to the applicable notice period and current billing cycle. An upgrade can generally take effect from the requested date or next billing cycle, depending on availability. Work already completed or the current billing period remains payable and is not refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Billed on the 25th of each month for the following month's renewal.

The displayed retainer price is the base service fee. GST will be charged additionally where applicable and will be clearly mentioned on the invoice. For registered Indian clients, the applicable GST treatment will be reflected on the tax invoice.
