Minimum Project Costing: We know the value of money and what percent of the amount should be invested in company branding. We provide all the corporate level services but inappropriate project costing.
Client’s Budget & Need: We know everyone has a different budget and different needs for any project. On Wedigitalhub you have complete choice about how many Designers can work on your project. We will not charge any random big amount and provide unnecessary designers and designs.
Designers as per skills: We carefully analyze your design brief before assigning any designer to your project. We try to match their design skills with project briefs to assign them.
Dedicated Team of Project Head, Branding Expert & Designers: Our many packages comes with a team of creative people which includes the Project Head, Branding Expert & Designers. You can directly communicate with your Project Head in the design process. Project Head monitors each and every activity about Designers, Design Samples Quality, Client Feedback, etc. This will help the client to convey their messages clearly and expedite the entire process.
Flexible Designer Addons: You can increase the number of working designers in your project by using our designer add-on service. We always recommend having at least have 5 designers in a project to get the ultimate and best possible results. But it’s completely a client’s choice. Clients can select and pay for the extra designer as per their needs. Our basic package has one designer for every project.
Part Payment Process: No need to pay complete amount in an advance. You can pay only 50% advance payment of your package cost to place your project. The remaining due payment can be made while finalizing the design. Addon designer full payment needs to pay different rather than your project cost.

How does it work?

Select Package:
  • Select the package which suites you best & fill up the Project Questionnaire.
  • Be specific while filling out your Project Questionnaire. The best project brief creates the best results.
  • Do share some references for our designers. It will help us to understand the client’s direction.
  • Use our designer addon package to get more variety of designs from multiple designers.
  • Make 50% initial advance payment after placing your project.
Get Multiple Samples:
  • Get multiple design samples in 24-48 working hours after placing your project.
  • Use a star rating system to rate any design from 1 to 5 stars
  • One, Two, Three, or multiple designers can work on your project according to your package and add-ons.
  • You can use our designer add-on package in this stage as well.
Select Final Design:
  • Select the design which you liked most.
  • Complete the remaining payment and you will get your files to download.
  • Your final source files will be available to download in the Handover tab.
  • You will need to rate the designer and 99Logos service with the review.
  • Download the source files and enjoy your new design!

How can I create an account?

You need to create an account to outsource a design or to become a user on Wedigitalhub Workplace.
To create an account:
  • Select the package which suites you best & fill up the Project Questionnaire.
  • Click on a Register button from the home page of Wedigitalhub header
  • Enter your full name, valid email & contact number.
  • Enter your state, city, and password for your account.
  • Check on user agreement & privacy policy line.
  • Click on the Register button.

Can I have multiple accounts?

NO! On Wedigitalhub workplace you cannot have more than one account.

How can I get notified about activity on my workplace?

All the onboard notifications will get very quickly. You can check your notification count on the header (Bell Icon).
Email notifications are sent as soon as possible. On-board notifications are sent through email because we know that generally, people would like to hear this information as soon as it happens.

How do I change my email address?

If you want to change your registered email, then you need to get in touch with our support team through email. You can send your emails to support@Wedigitalhub .in with the appropriate email subject.

How do I change my password?

Click on the profile tab after login (on the top navigation bar). Click on the 3 vertically aligned dots present in the square box. Click on the “Change Password” button and process accordingly.

How do I Login for an account?

If you have already registered an account, click on the signup button from the home top navigation bar. Enter your registered email and valid password. Click on the Login button.

How do I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account forever, then you need to get in touch with our support team through email. You can send your emails to support@Wedigitalhub .in with the appropriate email subject.

Do I need to give you my real name and address?

Yes. Wedigitalhub is a professional marketplace. It’s important for us to confirm the identities of our users in order to maintain a trusted environment for conducting business. It’s also important for the design handover copyrights process.

How do I pick a secure password?

Yes. Wedigitalhub is a professional marketplace. It’s important for us to confirm the identities of our users in order to maintain a trusted environment for conducting business. It’s also important for the design handover copyrights process.
  • Don’t use words or phrases.
  • Mix numbers and alphabets.
  • Pick a longer password.
  • Make it memorable.

Do I get a Word/Doc file of the designed letterhead?

No. The letterhead files would include .ai, .eps, and .pdf which can be edited using any pdf editor or vector software.

What is a design package?

A design package is actually is design job for the design team to work on and create the final design for a client’s design brief.
The project has three stages that take place over a number of days.
The assigned Wedigitalhub designers and team will study the design brief provided by the client and will create the appropriate designs according to the project. They work for the client by submitting designs that meet the brief.
The client gives feedback and direction to the designer(s) to help them improve on their designs through a round of revisions.
Finally, the client picks a final design. The designer needs to hand over the source files of the design to the client.

How many designs will I get to choose from?

That depends on how many designers are working on your project and you handle your project.
We provide a rough guide to how many designs you’re likely to get on our Pricing Page. Just select the category you're interested in, and you’ll see a rough guide to the number of entries you’re likely to see depending on whether you’re offering a project type and addon designer package.
But there are no guarantees about how many designs you’ll get. The number of designs will depend a lot upon you. Basically, you can consider ~5 designs per designer. More number of designers can create more number of designs. Here are a few tips for increasing the number of entries in your design project:
  • Share your clear thoughts with designer.
  • Develop good and humble conversation with designer.
  • Encourage designer by using our design rating system.

What are the quality standards at Wedigitalhub ?

Wedigitalhub is the most respected and trusted branding agency. With a team of talented and experienced people, Wedigitalhub has set some standards with regard to the quality of designs that the designers submit. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
The minimum design standards expected from a designer are:
  • To submit (100%) original work
  • Save/Send files in approved formats (EPS, AI, and PSD)
  • Designs must be high quality vectors
  • Highly professional, meets the design brief
In our many packages, we have a team of Branding experts, a Project Head, and Designers. Our Project Head always ensures that the quality of design is top-notch and meets quality standards. Our Project Head also tracks the conversation happening between designers and clients so he can guide the designers if required.

Want to know more about copyrights and ownerships?

Copyright is owned by the designers for their designs until they transfer the rights to the project holder (Client). Whenever a designer is declared a winner for a project by a project holder, the copyright and ownership of that winning design are transferred over to the project holder. All the exchange of files and transfer of copyrights and ownership happen automatically during the Design Handover stage. When a project holder downloads the first time from the handover page, the Design Transfer Agreement will automatically get sent to their registered email.

How do I write a good design brief?

Writing a good design brief is very important for every design project. A detailed brief helps designers with everything they need to know to exceed your expectations.

Try to provide as much as information to get the best results, like:
Service Industry: Select your service industry appropriately
Logo Name (If you have Logo Design Project): Avoid spelling mistakes and be specific about priority and second priority texts. Provide slogans or taglines if you have them.
Type of product and service description: This is very important field. Please try to provide brief information about your business. It would be helpful for the designer(s) to understand your company better.
Colour Choices: Please select the appropriate colors while filling out the project questionnaire.
References or references documents: Do share the references regarding your project. Everyone has their own taste and designer(s) cannot assume your taste or choices, so this reference would be really helpful for them.

How Projects Work

Where can I find all my projects?

After Logging in to your workplace, the default page will be your workplace which is your projects page. You can also click on the “My Projects” tab on the top navigation bar.

In how much time will I start receiving the designs?

You should expect to receive your first designs in only 4 working days (2 working days in xpress) after assigning the designer(s). For complex design categories like website design, mobile app design, etc., it can sometimes take a little longer.

Can I select a final design before my projects duration gets over?

Yes. You can select the final design at any time.

Is there a limit on how many designs a designer can submit?

Yes. You can consider a maximum of 5 designs per designer.

Do I need to pay in full advance while selecting the Brand name with .com package?

Yes, Similar to the Brand name suggestion package, a Brand name with a .com domain package requires the complete amount to be paid in advance to place the order.

Managing Your Projects

How will I see the designs I will receive?

Any kind of communication between you and the designer will happen on the Wedigitalhub website. To see all the design entries submitted to your project:
You need to login to your account > Click on the project name for which you want to see the designs > The next default page will be “Designs”

Can I change the brief of my design project at a later date?

No. You cannot change the brief of your project after placing your project. But you can use the announcement feature to update your designer brief. After making an announcement, it will get notified to all working designer(s) of your project.

Where and how can I message all the designers together?

You can use announcements to message all the designers together:
You need to log in to your account > Click on the project name for which you want to see the designs > Click on the “Announcements” tab and type your message.

Can I upload more images to my project brief?

No. You cannot upload anything in your brief after placing your project. But you can use the announcement feature to upload more images or documents. After making an announcement, it will get notified to all working designer(s) of your project.

How do I run a successful design project?

It’s very easy to run a successful design project on 99Logos. Try following things.
  • Give constant feedback to individual designs/designers whom you like, through comments, thus, encouraging them to create better designs according to your feedback.
  • Give 4 or 5-star ratings on the designs that you like thus, encouraging those designers to create new designs.

Can I get email notifications when new designs are submitted to my project?

Yes. With every new design submission, you will get a notification through email. Even activities like private message, design comment, or upload on design handover, etc. will also notify you through email.

Can I extend my design project?

If your project becomes held because of inactivity then you can reactive the project by getting in touch with our support team through email. You can send your emails to support@Wedigitalhub .in with the appropriate email subject.

Why my project is held?

If you did not select any design within 15 days from the date of placing your project then it will automatically get held. You can reactive the project by getting in touch with our support team through email. You can send your emails to support@Wedigitalhub .in with the appropriate email subject.
