What's the difference between a logo and a brand identity package?
A logo is a single mark. A brand identity adds your colour palette, typography, stationery and a guidelines document, so your brand stays consistent everywhere you use it.
What's the difference between packaging design and print design?
Packaging design covers product boxes, tubes and labels built for print production. Print & creative design covers everything else printed or shared digitally — business cards, brochures, banners, social assets.
What's the difference between UI/UX design and web development?
UI/UX design is how your site or app looks and works. Development is building it. We offer both together or UI/UX design alone, depending on your package.
Timelines
How long does a logo or identity project take?
A standalone logo takes 3–4 working days; a full brand identity kit takes 6–7 working days.
How long does a website take to build?
Depends on the package — from a few days for a UI/UX design only, to several weeks for a custom-developed site or e-commerce store.
Concepts, Revisions & Files
How many concepts and revisions do I get?
Most packages include 2–4 initial concepts with unlimited revisions on your chosen direction until you're happy with it — exact numbers are listed on each service page.
What files should a designer give me?
Expect source files (AI, CDR, PSD or Figma depending on the work) plus production-ready formats — PDF/EPS for print, web-optimized assets for digital — and full copyright ownership once the project is complete.
Packaging Specifics
Do you handle the dieline and printer coordination?
Let us know during your discovery call whether you already have a dieline or need one developed, and we'll confirm scope before design begins; placing the print run is done with your printer.
Who handles compliance labelling on packaging?
Compliance content and accuracy — nutrition facts, ingredient lists, regulatory marks — stay with you as the client; we design around the information you provide.
Websites & Hosting
Do you handle hosting after the website is built?
we can set up hosting and handle the handover, or point you to a hosting provider
What happens if I need changes after the site launches?
Ongoing changes are covered through a retainer plan, or can be arranged as a one-off request — see our Retainer page.
