Wedigitalhub is a platform dedicated to the legal buying and selling of designs. Therefore, we prioritize protecting the intellectual property rights of designers and ensuring that project holders receive designs that they have the legal right to use.

To safeguard your rights, we have established copyright guidelines. If you come across a member who has used your content without permission, please report it by clicking on the Flag icon located at the bottom of the design. Alternatively, you can also send us all the relevant details through email at [email protected] in a proper manner.

When participating in a contest, it is important not to post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content. Making allegations of copyright infringement directly to a client is considered defamation and goes against our rules. Instead, please utilize the report system provided. At Wedigitalhub, we do not make judgments regarding what constitutes a legally defined "derivative work." When we receive allegations of copying, our response is based solely on whether the design violates our site rules.

In cases where copyright infringement is confirmed, we will promptly remove the design. However, it is essential that you possess the copyrights to the content in question, as required by the law.

Our reporting process is designed to facilitate the reporting of alleged infringements while minimizing the number of fraudulent, malicious, untrue, unsubstantiated, or difficult-to-understand notices. Whenever possible, we will attempt to contact the owner of the affected project or design, providing them an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

By agreeing to the Wedigitalhub terms and conditions, you have consented to the disclosure of your contact details, allowing the owner to directly contact you.

To file a notice of alleged infringement with Wedigitalhub, you will need to provide a written communication by regular mail. Please send it to the following address: Digital Hub Office, Basudevpur, Panchla, Howrah, West Bengal - 711322.

Please keep in mind that if you materially misrepresent an activity as infringing your copyright, you may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorney's fees.
